Positions 3-4, 13-14, top margin block of 4, top pair "PANAMA" 15mm long variety, o.g., hinged remnant at top, lightly hinged at bottom, bright color, very fresh, Very Fine, an extremely rare combination multiple of this horizontally shifted overprint variety, ex Plass; with 1993 P.F. certificate.
