Bold oval handstamp on both sides of paste-up of Wells Fargo franked 1853, 3¢ red entire, cancelled by blue oval Placerville date stamp (Leutzinger type 11-9) who turned it over to Bamber in San Francisco for deliver to Oakland, Cal.; light cover soiling and edge wear, F.-V.F., a nice conjunctive usage.
