Hawaii, 1882, 10¢ black, horizontal pair, manuscript canceled on registered wrapper to Rotterdam, Holland, tied by New York, N.Y., Reg'y. Div., 1888 oval date stamp and exchange etiquette below with manuscript "City" over "Exchange", black "T" due mark with blue crayon "3,00" rate and "brief" notation at right, reverse with receiving cds and purple "Jas. Steiner, Honolulu, H.I." sender handstamps; slight toning at top of left stamp, otherwise Very Fine, a Unique Registered Wrapper Usage to Holland.
