Jul 22, 1863" duplex with patent cancel and addressed locally, prepaid at the 2¢ drop rate, l863 docketing at left, original July 22nd 1863 enclosure on bank letterhead included, Very Fine. The 2¢ drop rate was in effect July 1st 1863 to May 1st 1865. It included carrier service if available, but Rochester did not have carrier service at this time.
