Warren states "This unique provisional 50 centimos stamp might be classified as an adhesive Sello stamp, since it was issued to replace the 50 centimos Sello stamp when the supply of the latter became exhausted.".

Mudgett, clear margins, tied by light violet oval handstamp on 11-18-98 business licence to conduct a store; vertical folds with one affecting 40c stamp, otherwise Very Fine, a very rare on document usage, few documents are known with issue as Capt. Mudgett was sent home sick on early 1899 (Warren 349C), ex-Dr. Perry.
