1851-57 3¢ Issue Color & Plate Studies, includes Color Study By Year of 69 stamps arranged on printed cards by Dr. Amonette, includes 10 #10s with shades of pale-deep orange brown, copperish, yellowish, reddish, bright, an experimental orange brown, #11's with the array of shades including and a plum, also a simple study of 7 stamps by year and a study of an example from each of the 13 plates; all with handstamped cancels and mostly 4 margin examples throughout, some faults to be expected, Very Fine, a very desirable study and one of the finer studies by Dr. Amonette.

1852, 3¢ Issue, Plate 1-8 Reconstructions, near complete reconstruction of plates 1-8 for left and right panes comprising 1L, 2L, 3, 4, 5L, 6, 7, 8 utilizing #11-11A's for a total of 1590 different positions out of 1600 (99.4% complete), mostly singles and some pairs, lacking only 53L6, 88L6, 94L6, 57R6, 77R6, 82R6, 58R7, 34R8, 24R8 and 75R8 (#25 presented), plus there are duplicates for plates 1L, 2L and 3; condition varies with overall generally the norm for plating material, generally Fine or better.

1851 3¢ Issue Calendar, mounted in calendar format of the year 1856, with each bearing a clear central date stamp for 365 days of the year, missing only Feb 29th (The year 1856 was leap year), each stamp hand-selected with many showing a upright date, with a few duplicates, Very Fine for this, a nice near complete 3¢ calendar.

1851 3¢ Calendar Collection, complete set of 366 stamps with clear date postmarks mounted on stockbook pages, including Jan. 1, Feb. 29, Jul. 4 and Dec. 25, includes a couple ob's, some faults and cut margins but clear strikes throughout, very unusual and difficult to assemble; stamps catalog over $5,690., F.-V.F.
