1863, 2¢ black, horizontal bisect, used as part of 35¢ rate. In pair with additional 2¢ single and three 10¢ (which overlap and partly obscure the bisect), all tied by pen cancels on an orange 1866 cover to Switzerland, with three backstamps, some minor stamp & cover faults, part of back missing, F.-V.F., a scarce and striking usage.
