Documentary, 1898, "I.R." provisional, 2¢ pink, type III, overprint inverted, block of 50 with bottom plate 483 and imprint block of six, four positions have the small period variety (5, 10, 55, 60 due to inverted overprint orientation), nicely centered; some separation, o.g., never hinged, F.-V.F. and rare large block.
