Mexico, 1861, Second Issue, 1r black on green, left margin horizontal strip of four, Mazatlan, canceled by two strikes of boxed Mazatlan date stamp handstamps (Schatzkes 739) on 1862 folded letter sheet to Durango, address panel obliterated, F.-V.F., very few strips of this denomination are known.

Mexico, 1861, Second Issue, 2r black on pink, Mexico, tied by Mexico, Dic 29, 1861 cds on folded letter sheet to Llanes, Spain, with bold clear "Paid At Vera-Cruz" crown circle handstamp and red manuscript "1/-" rating, reverse with British "Vera Cruz, Ja 1, 1862" cds and Mexico British Consulate coat of arms seal handstamp, Havana and London transit backstamps with blue "8rs" due handstamp on front, Very Fine, a lovely usage to Spain from the British Consulate in Mexico.

Mexico, 1861, Second Issue, 2r black on pink, vertical bisect, Guanajuato, right portion of stamp tied on piece by bold Silao oval cancel (Schatzkes 530), Very Fine, only 37 bisects are in the 1970's census, ex-Dormer.

Mexico, 1861, Second Issue, 2r black on pink, without district overprint, block of 25, o.g., mostly never hinged, nice margins, few natural pre-printing paper folds with small break in one, usual gum creases, fresh and Fine, only one full sheet is known, this is among the largest other multiples known.

Mexico, 1861, Second Issue, 4r black on yellow, diagonal bisect, Durango, lower left portion of stamp tied by Nazas handstamp on 1861 folded letter letter sheet to Durango, Very Fine, only 12 covers are recorded from this district in the 1970's census, probably unique from this small town; with 2019 M.E.P.S.I. certificate.

Mexico, 1861, Second Issue, 4r black on yellow, vertical bisect, Mazatlan, left portion of stamp tied by vertical manuscript line and mute "0" cancel on 1861 cover to Durango, matching boxed Concordia handstamp (Schatzkes 751), letter datelined from San Sebastian, Very Fine, one of the rarest bisects of this stamp as only one on piece was recorded in the 1970's census, ex-Koening; with 1995 M.E.P.S.I. certificate.

Mexico, 1861, Second Issue, 4r black on yellow, quadrisect, upper right portion of stamp in combination with 1861, Second Issue, 4r black on yellow, vertical bisect, Zacatecas left portion of stamp, both showing district overprint, tied by straight line Zacatecas handstamp (Schatzkes 1849) on fresh folded letter sheet to San Luis Potosi, Very Fine and choice, only 10 covers are shown with a quadrisect in the 1970's census, very few combinations of splits exist on this issue, ex-Mazepa; with 1995 M.E.P.S.I. certificate.
