Feb 22, 1858" cds and bit of red exchange office cds at bottom, some minor perf separations, Fine and rare larger multiple; signed Ashbrook pencil notes on reverse.

1857, 10¢ green, type III, horizontal strip of 4, bright color, partial town cds cancels, left stamp with light vertical crease and nipped corner perf at bottom right, otherwise Fine and scarce type III strip.

Blocks of type III can't exist, so a strip is the only way to have a large type III multiple.
