Registry, 1911, 10¢ ultramarine, o.g., never hinged, perfectly centered amid large evenly balance margins, bold color and crisp impression, Superb, a truly exceptional never hinged gem, with only two grading higher (both 98J); with 1989 P.F. & 2011 P.S.E. certificates, the latter Graded (Superb 98, SMQ $850).

Postage Due, 1879, 50¢ deep brown, Special Printing, traces of o.g., exceptional centering amid wide margins, bold distinctive deep brown color, blind perf at right, Extremely Fine; with 1965 & 1984 P.F. certificates.

A RARE WELL CENTERED EXAMPLE OF THE 50¢ POSTAGE DUE SPECIAL PRINTING ISSUE.

It has been estimated than approximately 175 50¢ postage due special printing issues where issued. A large percentage of the known examples today are either faulty, without gum or poorly centered.

Postage Due, 1891, 50¢ bright claret, o.g., very lightly hinged, virtually perfect centering and remarkably balanced margins, stunning rich radiant color, Extremely Fine to Superb, the highest graded example by the P.F. with P.S.E. grading one other at 95 and one at 95J; with 2020 P.F. certificate Graded (XF-S 95, SMQ $1,400).

Postage Due, 1916, 2¢ rose, unwatermarked, perf 10, light oval cancel, perfect centering with wide well balanced margins, bright vivid color, a Superb "exceptional quality" gem, truly outstanding example for this difficult issue, almost unheard of in used condition, with no other examples grading higher; with 2012 P.F. certificate Graded (XF-S 95 XQ).

THE FINEST KNOWN PLATE BLOCK OF THE 1922 4¢ ON 2¢ OFFICE IN CHINA ISSUE IN NEVER HINGED CONDITION.

A search of never hinged plate blocks of this issue, we find only two in extremely fine condition with this plate block being the finer of the two. Only two hundred plate blocks were ever produced for this issue.

"13129" block of 10, o.g., never hinged, nice margins and overall centering especially for this very difficult issue, full wide sheet selvage, strong bright color and exceptional freshness, Very Fine and choice, virtually all plate blocks are in blocks of six, this is the only top plate block we know of in a ten stamp format; with 2008 P.S.E. certificate (5 copies).
