Agriculture Dept., 1873, 10¢ yellow, o.g., lightly hinged, exceptional centering amid well balanced oversized margins, rich radiant color, Extremely Fine to Superb, the only example to receive this grade in any condition with no examples higher, with P.S.E. SMQ value $2,100 for 95 with no value posted for 95J; with 2020 P.S.E. certificate Graded (XF-Sup 95J).

"Hard Paper" Special Printing, without gum as issued, choice centering amid evenly balanced oversized margins, bold color on bright fresh paper, an Extremely Fine jumbo, the finest example we know of and, in our opinion, undergraded; with 2022 P.F. certificates Graded (XF 90, SMQ $1,150).

Newspaper, 1894, 36¢ pink, Bureau printing, full o.g., strong bright pink shade and nicely centered, small thin spot in top margin and reperforated at right, F.-V.F. appearance, one of the nicest examples of the nine examples recorded, all of which having flaws, ex-Schwenk; with 1980 P.F. & 2007 P.S.E. certificates.
