Mexico, San Luis Potosi ½r Blue, two pairs, tied to piece by San Luis Postosi (Schatzkes 1443) double circle postmark and two strikes of the fancy Monogram (Schatzkes 1454), Very Fine.

On 1856 Issues the monogram is usually used in conjunction with the circular date stamp, as we see here. Very common on 1861 Issues, it is much less so on 1856s, despite Schatzkes' rating it the same on both.
