Feb 15"; condition varied, generally F.-V.F.

Confederacy, South Carolina Postal History Collection, a two volume collection giving a wonderful overview of South Carolina Postal History, includes a large number of Handstamped Paids from a wide variety of towns, a few Adversity covers are noted, additionally there is a wonderful range of covers from Columbia including a couple provisionals and some nice Charleston covers as well, condition is mixed, but the is a fine lot worth careful inspection (See website for images).
