Mexico, Matamoros, 1874, 5c brown violet. Cut square tied on what appears to be a large part wrapper by "Franco En Matamoros, E.U.M., 25 Ago, 85" oval date stamp, addressed to Monterey, Very Fine, a very rare usage of an illegal cut out.
