Calhoun, Secretary of State, Washington, D.C." with manuscript "Free", short note states, "Messrs. Jos. M. White, R.K. Call, Requests the troops will not be withdrawn from Pensacola." (White & Call were both non-voting delegate to the United States House of Representatives representing Florida Territory), two vert. file folds, Very Fine.
