Very clear blue double oval handstamp on stampless folded letter wrapper (not complete) with straightline "Indian River, Me." origin postmark with manuscript "10" for the rate; portion of back clipped out, otherwise Very Fine, only four examples of this Rumrill mark known, a great cover especially with the straightline.
