Bold double-circle datestamp and large "2" handstamp on gray wallpaper cover to local address, manuscript notation at bottom left of "Care of Penny Post", opened for display, minor wear, Very Fine, a scarce usage, fewer than five Charleston Penny Post paid or due covers are recorded, ex-Zimmerman, Myerson & Boshwit; with 2007 C.S.A. certificate.
