Germany 1913 Stadion Weihe. Multicolor vignette affixed on 5pf Postal card issued for the commemoration of the Stadium, card shows Opening Day ceremonies, card cancel by special "Berlin Grunewald Deutsches Stadion" postmark, card with a couple scuffs on front & back, Fine and rare.
Estimate    $300 - 400.

A very rare card which was issued to commemorate the new Stadium, which was to be used for the 1916 Olympics. The games were called off due to the First World War.

Germany 1872 Small Shield, 5gr bister. Excellent color and centering, single franking, tied by Celle 9/8 cds, to Fulda with 11/8/72 receiver, cover with some closed tears and torn backflap, attractive Very Fine appearance; 2009 Hansmichael Krug color certificate. Scott No. 6.
