Hawaii, 1893, 1¢ blue + 2¢ dull violet + 5¢ ultramarine + 10¢ black, red overprints. 2¢ with vertically split overprint, tied by red target handstamps on registered 1893, 1¢ green entire to Bombay, India, with matching "Honolulu, H.I., Sep 20, 1895" cds, registry number and "A.R." handstamps, N.Y. etiquette and appropriate transit backstamps including "Sea Post Office" transit and Colaba, Bombay receiving cds's, cover fumigated with corner clip at lower right and upper left, Very Fine, a rare usage to India sent during the 1895 cholera epidemic, ex D'Assis, Pietsch; with 2009 P.S.E. certificate.

Hawaii, 1893, 1¢ green, double red overprint. Both overprints heavy, o.g., rich color, tiny tone spot on upper right perf, otherwise F.-V.F.; with 2004 P.F. certificate.

Hawaii, 1893, 2¢ dull violet, red overprint + 15¢ red brown, black overprint. In combination with 1882, 5¢ ultramarine on registered 1884, 2¢ rose entire to Bombay, India, all tied by red target handstamps with matching "Honolulu, H.I., Sep 20, 1895" cds, registry number and "A.R." handstamps, N.Y. etiquette and appropriate transit backstamps including Sea Post Office transit date stamp, cover fumigated with corner clip at lower right (sent during the 1895 cholera epidemic), Very Fine, a wonderful 4-color franking to India, ex Pietsch; with 2009 P.S.E. certificate.

Hawaii, 1893, 5¢ ultramarine, inverted red overprint. O.g., beautifully centered amid well balanced margins, strong bright color, fresh, Extremely Fine and choice, a lovely example of this very scarce inverted overprint variety; with 2004 P.F. certificate.

Hawaii, 1893, 10¢ black, red overprint, horizontal pair. In combination with 1894, 25¢ blue on 1894 registered cover to England, tied by purple target handstamps with matching "Honolulu, Hawaii, May 31, 1894" cds, registry and return receipt handstamps, London entry and receiving backstamps, endorsed "per S.S. Mariposa", Theo. H. Davies & Co. corner card on backflap; cover opened at bottom, Very Fine.

One overprint heavy, second light, in combination with 1893, 5¢ ultramarine + 15¢ red brown on 1895 registered cover to Denver, Col., tied by red "Honolulu, Hawaii, Dec 16, 1895" cds's, matching registry and return receipt handstamps, Very Fine, an extremely rare on cover usage, unlisted in Scott in used condition; with 2003 P.F. certificate.

Hawaii, 1893, 12¢ black, red overprint. In combination with 1894, 1¢ yellow, vertical strip of three on registered cover to Napoli, Italy, tied by red "Honolulu, Hawaii, Nov 3, 1897" cds with matching "R" handstamp (Ty. 701), purple Hawaiian Stamp Co. handstamped corner card, San Francisco and New York registry transits and Napoli receiving datestamp on back, New York etiquette, very slight oxidation in 1¢ strip, still Extremely Fine.
