Tied by blue target handstamp on mourning cover to Barbacoas, New Granada, matching "Xenia, O., Aug 31, '66" cds below, red "New York, Paid 12, Sep 11" cds and light red crayon "8" for cash payment; cover reduction at right with small corner repair at top, F.-V.F., an interesting part payment usage of 10¢ postage with the additional 8¢ paid in cash.

In combination with 1863, 5¢ brown on cover to Soultz sons Forets, France, tied together by target handstamps with matching "Minnesota Lake, Minn., Feb 3" origin cds below, red "Chicago, Ill., Paid 12" exchange and London transit cds's, transit and receiving backstamps; light cover edge wear, F.-V.F., a scarce town and Chicago exchange marking.
