(Wells Fargo & Co.) Lochiel, Ariz., Nov 25, 1889 (Pima), cds (Meyer 5A, rarity 8) with target handstamp canceling on 1887, 2¢ green entire to Tucson, express frank at top and receiving backstamp; file fold and light wrinkling, otherwise Very Fine, the only recorded express usage from Lochiel.
