"Sh 19" rating, 1793 London to Providence R.I. with "Boston" straightline and ms. "Sh 12" rating, and 1794 London to Philadelphia with experimental London octagonal datestamp (used only Apr.-Jul. 1794); some faults, F.-V.F., an interesting group ideal for additional study.
