Mail to the Americas, group of 10 covers mounted on exhibit pages including 1850s New York to Mexico endorsed "via San Antonio Texas & Presidio del Norte" at top, #26 (7 with one replaced) for double the 10¢ rate to the USS Decatur at Panama, #36 pair and single on cover to Chile (PFC), 1854 San Francisco prepaid 32¢ rate to Peru, 1856 & 1862 Uruguay to New York by British and French mail respectively, #35 to Cuba, etc.; some faults, F.-V.F.

Mail to France, group of 26 covers including mostly stampless but also some stamped, includes 1856 use with #15 pair paying the 20¢ direct mail rate to Havre but with "Too Late" and carried by Collins Line, various stampless 20¢ direct rates including double weight, 1855 use to Bordeaux with #11A strip of three and 17 single prepaying the 21¢ British open mail rate by American packet, 1854 and 1857 San Francisco "Paid 26" west coast rates in black and red respectively, etc., F.-V.F.
