Hawaii, Revenue, 1914-15 Treasurer's Office, "Not Liable to Duty", tied by blue" "Bureau of Conveyances, Mar 25, 1916" circular handstamp on Olaa land document, in combination with U.S. $1 Documentary cancel by "3/21/16" manuscript cancel; some light toning, F.-V.F., a rare combination usage.
Estimate    $300 - 400.

Little is known about this stamp, although it seems to have been used on tax free property conveyances, possibly those involving the government.
