Mexico, 1874, Hidalgo Profile, 25c blue, Mexico, cons 1-75, tied by circular Mexico handstamp (Schatzkes 823) on 1875 folded letter to Albas, France and forwarded, endorsed "Paquet Ingles" with "G.B./1f 60c" boxed handstamp, 15 centimes due and Calais transit, reverse with Porte De Mar 1875, 10c Small Numeral issue tied by French transit date stamp; some sealed cover tears not mention on certificate, still Very Fine, very few covers are known with cancelled Porte de Mar stamps, ex-Schimmer; with 2005 M.E.P.S.I. certificate.
