Diena and 2012 P.Vaccari certificates. Scott No. 14.

III on insured folded cover from Catania 8.6.1859 to Messina, all tied by three neat strikes of horseshoe cancel, adhesives with four margins, however the 1gr & 5gr are close at bottom, Very Fine and a lovely three color franking; with 2016 Colla certificate.
