British Columbia & Vancouver Island, 1860, 2½d dull rose, perf 14, cancellation group of 11 singles; includes "Post Office, Victoria V.I." crown oval handstamp in blue and black, barred oval handstamp in red, "1" in blue with S.F. cogwheel transit, and numerals in black including "1", "7" and "15"; few flaws, Fine group.
