N.P.R.R." return address; some perf toning and reduced at left, Fine and rare, The earliest of three recorded territorial usages, this being the only manuscript example..

The Pine Grove post office in Spokane County was open only 1872-1879 with only one manuscript postmark and four cds usages recorded.
