Broadway Post Office, 1851 (1¢) black, cut-to-shape horizontal pair, each stamp canceled by inverted "PAID" handstamp with matching inverted strike adjacent on small lady's embossed cover to local street address, matching partial strike of "Broadway City Express, Post-Office, 2 Cts" oval handstamp; restored top edge and small edge tear, no flap, Fine; with 2016 P.F. certificate.
