'19 Paid' 21 Jun" credit exchange cds, and remailed with Great Britain 1p red, partly affixed over 24¢ and tied by "E.C. 80" numeral duplexed with "London E.C., JY 3, 65" cds to Westminster Palace Hotel, Very Fine and colorful; with 2003 P.F. certificate.
