York, Feb" cds on ornate Valentine cover with gold floral design to Fulton, N.Y., cover forwarded to Pulaski bearing 3¢ orange brown (10A) tied by blue "Fulton N.Y., Feb 17" cds, cover includes attractive "Meek" valentine enclosure; both adhesives slightly cut in, Very Fine, a lovely use, ex-Reynard; with 2006 P.F. certificate.
