Full mostly ample margins all around, tied by two strikes of Hampton Ferry "15" in oval grid cancel on 1854 cover to Norwalk, Conn., additionally tied by blue New Brunswick circular handstamp with red "Paid 10 Cents" handstamp alongside, reverse with clear "Hampton Ferry N.B., Au 10, 1854" origin cds; minor cover edge wear, Very Fine, a choice and rare usage from Hampton Ferry. Scott No. 1.
