Mexico "Habilitado 1931" Overprint Stock. Mostly never hinged stock consisting of a block of eight of the 4c, a block of 96 of the 5c, one of the few existing sheets of 100 of the 10c, 20c x36, 30c x40, 40c x40, 1p brown x8 and 1p red x18. The items are post office fresh with the exception of the 1p brown that has disturbed gum, Scott cat $6,284 for hinged.
