Middletown Point, Manmouth Co., N.J. Town & county postmark on two different covers from the same correspondence, 1st is 1848 folded cover with neat cds with Month slug & manuscript date, 2nd is different type postmark used in 1849, but with no Month slug, month & date in manuscript, both with Roman numeral "V" rate marking, Very Fine and choice, both with unusually clear strikes.

Fort Union, N.M. Rimless cds on 1867 cover from Massachusetts with indistinct red cds, franked with manuscript cancelled 18613¢ rose (defective) on cover forwarded from Fort Union to Fort Harker, Kans. & then onto Fort Larned, Kans. flap torn which extends onto front of cover, Fine and scarce, a rare Territorial postmark (no photo).
