Express, Virginia City, blue oval handstamp (Leut. type 3-2) on 1860-61 3¢ entire with black company frank to San Francisco, additionally franked with 1861 3¢ tied by matching blue oval "Paid" handstamp, used in Feb. 1862, Very Fine, a wonderful & rare cover as the 3¢ Star Die had been demonetized, therefore the 1861 3¢ adhesive was necessary.
