Jun 29" receiving cds, with a lightly struck "N. York Am Pkt. Jun 28" with a "21" cents due & "Forwarded" upper middle, red crayon "3" for forwarding added underneath the 21 cents debit and summed "24" cents due, manuscript "16" decimes French rate on the reverse, Very Fine.
